Our History

Haptic Pixels was started when Greg asked Charles if he would be interested in developing an iPhone game together, specifically a game similar to XGen Studio's "Defend Your Castle." A big consideration was simplicity of the gameplay, since neither Greg or Charles had developed a game before, and Defend Your Castle provided the perfect inspiration for a fun and simple game. A couple of months later, Castle Defense was finished, and in the process, a company grew up around it. Haptic Pixel's next project was Slap The Monkey, and several more projects followed. Along the way, Haptic Pixels has also picked up client projects.
